The Fusion peel is an exclusive Medpeel formula, created by our very own chemists in our on-site lab. A proprietary blend of Glycolic, Salicylic and Lactic acids, plus natural fruit enzymes, the Fusion peel is a unique formula designed to target the most common skincare concerns for all skin types and skin tones.

No matter the skincare concern, the Fusion peel provides an effective solution. Formulated with a blend of acids and fruit enzymes, a variety of issues are targeted in one treatment, including hyperpigmentation, fine lines and wrinkles, blemishes, sun damage and more. *Please note that the fruit enzymes included in this formula are of plant origin and can vary in color seasonally, and this color variation may be apparent in the formula from time to time.

FOR BEST RESULTS

The Fusion peel is recommended for those who have already performed a light peel treatment with no adverse reactions and are looking to take the next step to address more stubborn skin concerns. This peel is suitable for those with a normal to combination skin type and is safe for all skin tones. We strongly recommend conducting a patch test 3 days before applying the peel to a large area of skin to ensure no negative or unusual reactions occur.

Prep the skin for a week prior to peel application with an exfoliator, such as our Medpeel Glycolic 10% Daily Exfoliator. This will ensure a more even, thorough absorption of the peel acid. Continuing to exfoliate regularly in between peel treatments will also prolong your results.

DOWNTIME:

The Fusion peel may have mild to moderate downtime depending on the number of layers applied and may produce some visible peeling or flaking of the skin. The skin may be a bit pink/red and tight for a few hours following the peel. It is important to use a broad spectrum sunscreen daily, with a minimum of SPF 30, to protect treated skin during the healing process.

DIRECTIONS:

Please read complete instructions that arrive with your peel prior to application.

Step 1: Wash the skin with a gel based cleanser and pat dry. Wipe the Peel Prep Solution across the area to be treated to ensure the skin is properly cleansed.

Step 2: Apply the Fusion peel to a gauze pad and smooth it over the desired area of the face, neck or décolletage.

Step 3: Allow the peel to set for no more than 4-6 minutes during the first application. Observe the reaction and note the results. During future treatments, you may apply up to 3 layers at 5 minutes each, for a total peel time of 15 minutes. If the skin feels uncomfortable, you may apply a cool water gauze compress to calm the sensation.

Step 4: Remove the peel by applying the Neutralizer Solution directly over the applied area. Rinse the skin with cool water and gently pat dry.

Step 5: Apply a hydrating serum, such as the Hyaluronic Replenish Serum, and finish with a sunscreen of at least SPF 30 or more

FOR BEST RESULTS:
Before Your Peel
Prep the skin with a daily exfoliator such as the fusion microdermabrasion scrub one week prior to the peel. We strongly recommend conducting a patch test 3 days before applying a peel to ensure no negative or unusual reactions occur.

After Your Peel

Generously apply Daily Collagen Complex or Hyaluronic Serum as needed for tight, dry skin. Use a minimum of broad spectrum SPF 30 every day to protect healing skin. Begin using a daily exfoliator in between peels for long lasting results.

DOWNTIME:
Mild/Moderate - The Fusion peel has little to no downtime and will produce light peeling, similar to the peeling you would get after a mild sunburn. The peeling will normally start on day 4 or 5 and last up to 7 days. You may experienced some frosting during the peeling process.
