Jessner chemical peel solution is made up of three acids : Salicylic Acid, Lactic Acid and Resorcinol. Due to its unique blend of active peeling agents, the medium strength Jessner's Solution skin peel revitalizes and renews skin like none other.
WHAT IT IS FORMULATED TO DO:
Ourjessner chemical peel is a three-pronged combination therapy that ensures real results for individuals plagued with acne, enlarged pores, excessive sebum production, and hyperpigmentation. The downtime is short-term to moderate, however, the remarkable results are long-lasting!
**Jessner chemical peel is not recommended for dark skin tones.
FOR BEST RESULTS:
Before Your Jessner Chemical Peel
You will want to use a daily exfoliator to prep the skin such as the Salicylic 2% Daily Exfoliator one week prior to the peel. We strongly recommend conducting a patch test 3 days before applying a peel to ensure no negative or unusual reactions occur.
After Your Jessner Peel
Generously apply Daily Collagen Complex or Hyaluronic Serum as needed for tight, dry skin. Use a minimum of broad-spectrum SPF 30 every day to protect healing skin. Begin using a daily exfoliator in between peels for long-lasting results.
DOWNTIME:
Moderate - The Jessner chemical peel (14%) will have some moderate downtime. The skin typically will darken and peel off in sheets. The peeling process starts on the 4th or 5th day and lasts up to 7 days.
Usage & Ingredients
1oz Acid Peels contain 5-7 applications - This Peel can be repeated every 2 weeks or once the skin has completely healed from the last treatment
DIRECTIONS:
Please read complete instructions that arrive with your peel prior to applying
Step 1: Wash the skin with a gel based cleanser, we recommend our Pre Peel Cleanser and pat dry. Then apply pre-peel solution using a cotton ball to ensure the skin is properly cleansed.
Step 2: Apply the Jessner peel to a gauze pad and smooth it over the desired area of the face, neck or decolletage.
Step 3: Allow the peel to set for no more than 5-8 minutes during the first application. Observe the reaction and layer accordingly. For a light peel you can apply 2-3 layers, for a medium strength peel 4-6, and 6-8 layers for an extremely deep peel.
Step 4: Remove the peel by applying the Neutralizer Solution directly over the applied area. Rinse the remaining solution with cool water. Gently pat the skin dry.
Step 5. Apply anti aging serum, we recommend MedPeel Hyaluronic Replenish Serum.
Step 6: Apply moisturizer over serum, we recommend MedPeel Hyaluronic Moisturizer Cream

"There are no U.S. laws or regulations that require cosmetics to have specific shelf lives or have expiration dates on their labels, but there is a time frame for when they should be used after opening. We recommend using the product 90 days after opening maximum. Unopened and kept in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight, some products can last up to 2 years. While using older products may not be relatively harmful, the product may have lost some potency and may not be as effective as a newer, fresher product."
